Summary: Wrong string literal usage in server responses
Description:
S: "IMPLEMENTATION" "DBMail timsieved 3.0.0-rc3"
....
C: GETSCRIPT "sieve"
S: {18+}
S: /* empty script */
S: OK

Server side shouldn't use string literals with a plus character. This
breaks RFC5804 rules (Section 4. Formal syntax).
