The following issue has been RESOLVED. ====================================================================== http://www.dbmail.org/mantis/view.php?id=984 ====================================================================== Reported By: brendan Assigned To: ====================================================================== Project: DBMail Issue ID: 984 Category: IMAP daemon Reproducibility: always Severity: minor Priority: normal Status: resolved target: Resolution: fixed Fixed in Version: 3.0.3 ====================================================================== Date Submitted: 19-Sep-12 02:15 CEST Last Modified: 19-Sep-12 16:38 CEST ====================================================================== Summary: APPEND command always results in EXISTS response, even when folder is not selected Description: If a message is saved to a folder, e.g. Sent, while another folder, e.g. INBOX, is selected, DBMail sends an EXISTS response referring to the number of messages in the Sent folder. This confuses the client which interprets this as the number of messages in the INBOX. Mutt in particular gets stuck in a loop, trying to read headers for more messages than there are. ======================================================================
