Summary: Compilation stops with incomplete type error in
ImapSession struct for master
Description:
This error is reproducible on the master branch, with Ubuntu 11.04 and
Debian Squeeze from commit 3618637ed7629422d200a20448038010640fdaab (and
any versions above). With the version from one commit below it cannot be
reproduced any more.
The error message is the following:

.../../src/dbmail-imapsession.h:20: error: field 'lock' has incomplete
type

This field is GMutex type.
On both systems where I've tried this I had libevent 2.0 installed from
source (I don't know whether this matters).

Replace usage of GMutex with pthread_mutex_t
This will relax dependency on recent GLib versions.
