Summary: DBMail dies with SIGSEGV if no db connections are
available
Description:
DBMail gets SIGSEGV if db_connect() gets NULL from
ConnectionPool_getConnection(). SIGSEGV is received either when some imap
command is processed and database is going down or when dbmail server
starts and database is already down.
