Hi Paul, Upgraded from 3.0.2 to latest git.
Now occasionally getting errors (ironically so far they are all emails from this list server): Jul 08 22:36:59 ip-10-224-11-14 dbmail-lmtpd[17927]: [0x14d7f30] Error:[message] _header_insert(+1549): SQLException: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "dbmail_header_pkey" DETAIL: Key (physmessage_id, headername_id, headervalue_id)=(90614, 41, 616721) already exists.

I have 3 emails that have given this error now. All 3 are from this list. All 3 have been delivered, although 1 with missing headers.
