If you're running postfix, checkout amavis (amavis.org). It will plug
into postfix via the content_filter
setup easily, supporting virtually all available virusscanners. All of
this is explained in the README.postfix
that comes with amavis.

I curently use DBMail/Postfix/Amavisd-new. Amavid-new incorporates the use of
Spamassassin and a antivirus program (Antivir in my case) . Works great.
When Postfix passes the mail msg to Amavisd, antivir scans for viruses while
Spamassassin filter for spam.

Antivir = http://www.hbedv.com/
Amavisd-new = http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/

Hope this helps.
