[Dbmail] Missing folders from IMAP

As far as I can tell, the PostgreSQL database still has all the folders 
in it, but when queried via IMAP, it returns zero.  Any idea where this 
could be coming from?  This has been stable for a year now, and 
suddenly it broke, and I'm at a loss to figure out where.

Ideas for even starting to diagnose it?
