A spell checker should be integrated in your mail client (MUA)... Dbmail 
stores messages in a database and makes them accessible, a spell checker in 
dbmail would be pointless.. it could identify spelling mistakes in the emails 
you receive, and may be bounce incoming messages containing spelling mistakes 
with a "Sorry, I don't accept messages with spelling mistakes." notice.. ehhe 
that would be funny..
