Hello, Sounds like the issue is with postfix, not dbmail. Direct sending via SMTP to an off-site domain never hits the dbmail layer at all. Check your postfix setup, and maybe try listing that exchange server's hostname in the MX record instead of it's IP address, if that's really what you've done (listing an IP address there is invalid, you need to list a hostname that has an A record, not a CNAME).
