Hello, The config file is where you set the number of processes to run. Under POP and IMAP sections, you have:
NCHILDREN=50 # default number of POP3 handlers (each is a process) There are comments in that file wich briefly describe their function - other than that there's no documentation (ie. search the mailinglist or the code). I think there are a few pointers in the INSTALL info (eg. set db host/name/pw, etc.). ---- Original Message ---- From: TSMailRoot <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Subject: [Dbmail] dbmail-pop3d Sent: Tue, 16 Sep 2003 21:44:38 +0400 > Dear Gentlemen! > > I would like to ask you to help me to solve a following problem: > when the demons dbmail-pop3d and dbmail-imapd start a lot of processes > are generated.
