Hello,

  The config file is where you set the number of processes to
run.  Under POP and IMAP sections, you have:

NCHILDREN=50                      # default number of POP3 handlers (each is a 
process)

  There are comments in that file wich briefly describe their
function - other than that there's no documentation (ie. search
the mailinglist or the code).  I think there are a few pointers
in the INSTALL info (eg. set db host/name/pw, etc.).
