Your `exim -bP exim_user` is not able to open the file /etc/dbmail.conf for
reading! In the last line, the log says:

This translates to the fact that since the permission to open /etc/dbmail.conf
is not there, the exim_user could not read the value for DBMAIL_FROM_ADDRESS.

I'd suggest that you make all dmail related files to be owned by the exim_user.

I don't run dbmail as yet, so I may be wrong! No guarantees.
