[Dbmail] Stop users from sending mail to Internet

Hi All,
I have been  asked to configure an email server that permit only local relaying 
to some users of the domain and remote/smtp relaying to some other users. I am 
using Sendmail on Red Hat Linux. 
Any help will be highly appreciated,
