  As Roel indicated, some specific alias table entries would be
helpful.  It sounds to me like you're using a single alias table
entry with a deliver_to of multiple users?  If so, you can simply
make multiple entries for the same alias, each pointing to a
different deliver_to address.  I definitely wouldn't blindly
increase that field size, you're quite likely to overflow a
buffer (though one you could probably increase and recompile).
