[Dbmail] dbmail 1.2.8b

DBMail 1.2.8b fixes a crash in the DBMail POP3 daemon. Version > 1.26 
and < 1.2.8b are likely to crash on the APOP command. This new version 
fixes that crash. The new version can be found on the download page.
