No, the file /tmp/dbmail_scoreboard.lck is not there. I tried starting
dbmail as root to make sure it was able to overwrite anything. That
didn't work either...
No solution yet. Maybe it's possible to create the scoreboard file
myself, only I have no idea where it should be
