Are the problems regarding query slowness on Pg resolved? If so, then
I can do the release.
Ilja,
The pg performance for db_get_msginfo_range is part postgres, part dataset
related for Thomas. There's no easy solution there. Sometimes postgres is just
slow when it comes to straight joins, it seems. But that said, both Geo and I
have tried to reproduce Thomas' results on well-filled postgres installations,
but speeds in our tests were much better than for Thomas.
In short: there's no regressions in those problems at all.
