I had an issue like this at some point in the past, so I don't remember the exact details, but it was related to doing dumps on an myisam table. I would have the message record, and the header messageblk, but no body messageblk. Message status was 005, so they never show, or never get deleted. No error returned to the mail system (postfix), so no retry from that side. I don't recall anything amiss in the logs, probably just no final "message id xxxxx inserted". I apologize for my cloudy memory. As soon as I stopped doing dumps, the problem stopped. Not an ideal solution, mind you, but I'd rather get all my messages intact, and manually take down postfix to do dumps when I get around to it.... dave
