Hello there, I'm having trouble with multiple imap connections. If one computer is logged in to a mailbox and I try to connect from a second computer, I sometimes get kicked out again without any given reason. The log files at log level 5 don't show anything unusual either. I'm using the mozilla suite/thunderbird client for imap connections. Sometimes the client get's some new mails, but if I want to read them I'm asked to enter the password again. If I enter it again the log file says I authenticated just fine, but the same dialog box appears again and again.
I thought I might try the head branch of dbmail, but I didn't succeed compiling it. Somehow I managed to create a configure script, which isn't included, using aclocal, autoheader, automake and autoconf, but honestly I didn't really know what I was doing. Can anyone point me to a document describing how to create a working configure script and get the correct buildtools in the dbmail source directory. Thanks a lot in advance. Julian
