Ok, I found the answer.

For SM, the Sent folder syntaxis is INBOX.Sent not Inbox.Sent (note is
case sensitive!). If I use mailbox2dbmail tool with option -b
INBOX.Sent it works perfectly.

The other mailboxes are created in the database and to "see" them in
SM you have to subscribe to the folder (in the "Folder" option, at the
bottom) and then refresh the page.

SM always looks in the database for the different folders/mailboxes.
