I just add all virtual domains to $mydestination.  I also had to 
configure postfix to rewrite all domains so that the domain that is 
passed to DBmail via LMTP is the same.  This is because i have hundreds 
of virtual domains and it is not conceivable that i would add them all 
the the dbmail aliases table.  I recommend the O'Reilly book /Postfix, 
The Definitive Guide./  It was a great help in configuring Postfix for 
DBmail.
