Hello Paul,
 
Can't we modify the imap to accept my charset request?
 
I would love to use the server-side sorting option and you know why ;-)
 
What are the files deal with the charset in the imapd?

I would like to know what Marc-David did to fix the issue for him since he uses 
SM as well.
