List: Am currently evaluating this project for joining. Some questions please..
1. Wiki does not seem to have any implementation with qmail? Any specific problems? 2. I understand that one can have a personal mailbox and a private mailbox. Is it currently possible to have a public mailbox for one domain or a group of domains? 2. With the current spec., is it possible to have a mail in a private mailbox, sent to a private id, shift to the public mailbox by marking it so. 3. Has anyone setup a production server on dbmail...however small requirement? Feedback? What kind of performance? 4. With an SQL storage backend, is any direct sql query mail/webmail client being developed, where instead of mailboxes, one can have purposes...say...unreplied mail in the company? mail sent to buyers but no reply from them & so on.. 5. Why store mail in blocks...why not use lo in postgreSQL or equivalent in mysql? Comments on this. And one last thing...please can some (read most) of you tell me why this project is for you...what you want of it? I love the concept of email in database and my vote goes to Graham Todd: “Mail is data with DBMail” With best regards & best wishes. Sanjay.
