Furthermore, it is for postgreSQL only. How about MySQL?
I wrote this as a quick hack that met my needs, I think I based it on
the mysql change password plugin that I found. It works for me for
postgresql, however the version I posted to the list may be out of date,
I'm not sure if it would still work with SVN HEAD.
