The new packages are available for apt-get now.

That should be ok.

That should be enough.

This is the most likely cause. The timeout of 15 minutes may cause a
problem in dbmail. I've fixed most cases where this is the case, but I'm
not that sure I've fixed them all. I don't see anything strange in your
logs though.
