I don't know about other people on the list but we tie a ton of things back to our dbmail users table, it's easy to do for our clients and other things. Plus having dbmail_ in front of every table in the database dbmail kinda seems ... unnecessarily redundant. I would like to say I'm very happy with my upgrade, I'm still battling this 6gb limit on the databases... but I'm sure I'll figure that one out.

Basic motivation for the patch's author is alignment with Rail's conventions, but imo this is a good general cleanup.
