I already reported this one in #479

but for some reason this Debian-specific bug came back very quickly after
being fixed by Paul.
This line in my /etc/dbmail/dbmail.conf:
host=/var/run/postgresql
makes the postinst script fail. I think the culprit is this statement in
dbmail.postinst:
sed -i -re "s/^host\W*=.*\$/host=$DB_HOST/i"
which gets confused by the forward slashes in $DB_HOST.
