I put this on the wiki two years ago: http://dbmail.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=mailman However, I remember seeing a much better way to do this on the mailing list more recently. Something about mailman domains. I don't recall the details. Let's update the wiki with whatever the best-practice is.
