Just installed 2.2.10.
when I configured I ran
./configure --prefix=/usr --localstatedir=/var/run/dbmail
--sysconfdir=/etc/dbmail --with-mysql --with-sieve
It built as expected using
make
make install
I created the dbmail.conf file in /etc/dbmail and all is good with the
daemons.
However when I ran the utility dbmail-users to modify a user I got an
error saying that the utility could not read /etc/dbmail.conf
Do the utility makefiles pay attention to the configure directives?
LIke I said a minor bug, but it would be another configuration file that
I could move out of my /etc folder.
