You can ignore those. There are messages in the mailbox that are not in
the set of messages known to the client. When a client opens a mailbox a
snapshot of all message ids is taken. During a search some new messages
may have arrived that are not in the set of know messages - hence the
log message. The log-line should probably be removed.

This one is trickier. It *is* an indication of a possible
synchronisation problem. The set of known message should be larger than
it is, in this case. I haven't been able to track down what condition
leads to this, so I'm logging a warning.
