Hi again,
Finally got some time for testing. Today's git head fails only one test
out of 18:
There http://www.barvinok.net/xfer/dbmailcheck_r0.zip , in it :
configure log, 'make check' output and full check log.
As of today, dbmail-deliver still breaks multipart message in the same
way as before. Even though 'make check' says it PASSES delivery and
message tests.
What else can I do?

Ah, sorry. That is undocumented.
The location is hard-coded in tests/check_dbmail.h
char *configFile = "/etc/dbmail/dbmail-test.conf";
