even if - that's a broken idea a mailserver is not a webserver give it one name "mail.example.com" with one certificate, one A-Record and one matching PTR and tell every user "mail.example.com" is IMAP/POP3/SMTP that way it works if you get another 5,10,20 domains and you avoid all sort of troubles with different hostnames and non-mathcing PTR's
