Apologies that this is unhelpful and cant contribute anything but I was wondering if there was any progress on the spinlocking post the 3.1.7 release and if it was worth trying another version?
Im having one of those days where the issue is occurring extremely regularly, with one thread shooting to 100% cpu usage and the system essentially locking up and then a short while later the cpu usage falling and the other threads taking up load and the server being responsive again.
