Nicely done Oleg!  I don’t have a dbmail 3 installation to hand anymore, but
this clearly vindicates the user saying Rouncube “used to work” and he’ll be
smug as anything.

That said I haven't had the chance to patch in the change yet, but it'll
clearly work.

I’m also hoping that with more of us contribution bugs/fixes we’ll push
dbmail 3.1.x along nicely.

and we don't see content-type from reply, but message has it!
Why dbmail don't return content-type field?

May be this help to found, why roundcube don't show attachment-icon with 
dbmail-3.1.7
