hello all .. I would like to know whether named entity recognition and
other similar processes are carried out (I believe they must be) by DBpedia
spotlight before looking for available pages on wikipedia (using the
mediaWiki APIs I assume) or does it directly refer wikipedia for creating
possible links in the given plaintext.
