I also did it locally (from inside the server) to test this
once I close the server I get this

curl: (7) couldn't connect to host
So it has to do something with spotlight
>From outside I have an apache proxy from localhost:2222/rest to
nl.dbpedia.org/spotlght/rest
but it was working before so this should be fine
