yes, this version is slightly different. There was a bug in the spotting,
which is fixed in this new version and the new set of models on the
download page.

You're right, I just had a look. This is not a bug in the demo but seems to
be a bug in the overlap resolution of the system. I will have a look once I
find some time.

This confidence value is rather rudimentary at the moment (better solutions
are very welcome). I will add some documentation on it.
