first off, sorry this is not documented, I should add a proper CHANGELOG
for it.

There are, as far as I remember, two bigger differences that could have
caused it:

1. We fixed a search bug in the FSA-based spotting code that disabled some
of the
    dictionary entries from being spotted.
2. I changed the behavior of the confidence REST parameter. So far, the
confidence
    parameter would only throw out entities based on their disambiguation
scores.
    Now, entities are filtered based on both their spotting and
disambiguation scores.
    That means if you lower confidence below 0.5, you should get more
annotations
    than you used to get in the March version.

Unless there is any other bug/regression, I assume that change #2 should
have
caused the difference for you.
