Hi Dimitris,

Thanks for the info; much appreciated!

However, when I said I couldn't find the configuration file, I was referring to
the 2nd sentence of the i18n guide:

"The procedure is exactly the same but you will have to change some
configuration
<http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Documentation/ExtractionConfiguration?v=17gm> files
for better results."

The page the link leads to, says "Look for the file
dump/src/config.properties.default." That's where I got stuck (and why I said
the guide appeared to be outdated"), as I can't seem to find that file. Any
clues as to where the actual location is?

Thanks, again!

Best,

Uroš

HI Uros,

I am moving the conversation to the developers list.

The guide is indeed outdated, maybe you can help us update it once you're done
:)

The first step will be to create as many configurations as you can in folder
[1]. I 'd focus on configurations with many languages first. Please ask if you
don't understand something :)

Reading this paper [2] will also give you a better overview of the process.

Also note that we recently moved to github so you might find more recent
running instructions there [3].

Cheers,

Dimitris

Hi all,

I guess an introduction is in order: I'm a researcher at the Mihailo Pupin
Institute (Belgrade, Serbia), currently working on the LOD2 project
(http://lod2.eu). Sebastian Hellman (University of Leipzig) kindly asked if I
would be interested in helping out with some (Serbian) Wikipedia/Wiktionary
extraction projects, which I gladly accepted.

I took a look at the i18n guide, and I have to admit I can't find a clear path
I need to follow... I have a feeling it sends me back and forth between pages
(starting with the very first sentence) and appears to be outdated (I can't
find the config file). I was wondering if anyone could help me out by outlining
the general steps (I'll try finding the details in the guide/documentation), so
I can get started.

Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Uroš Milošević
