Since February we moved all code from sourceforge to Github and we also try
to move there all the technical documentation from dbpedia.org.

To get a good overview of DBpedia you should also read papers #1,#2 & #4
from http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Publications
Technically most compilation options are already in
https://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework/wiki/Extraction-Instructions
We can also arrange a skype meeting to sort things out...
