thanks for reporting the issue!
It might be something with the recent changes on the server regarding
redirects management.
@Dimitris could you check the server logs?
I am able to download the Serbian mapping with download-mappings and the
latest extraction-framework.
Would you mind pulling changes from the git repo and trying again?
Also please check your
/core/src/main/scala/org/dbpedia/extraction/wikiparser/Namespace.scala file
contains "sr" in org.dbpedia.extraction.wikiparser.NamespaceBuilder#map
("sr"->256).
