The links are available in the wikipage dumps that you can find at 
http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Downloads 
  (“Links to Wikipedia Article”).

It seems that only the english dump was loaded into the DBpedia  
endpoint. I'm not sure why this is, it might be just an omission on  
our part.

Can anyone shed light on this? Were the non-english wikilink dumps  
excluded on purpose?
