And currently the exception changes to:
    504 Gateway Time-out
     nginx/1.0.6

is anyone with the same problem? Could someone resolve it?

I've tried the query you sent and it worked with no problem.
You may also try to execute it against DBpedia-Live endpoint at [1], against which I also tried your query and it finished with no timeout error.
