That's because http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Southern_Ocean doesn't
have an Infobox, just a set of coordinates.

You could try looking for all resources with rdf:type
http://www.opengis.net/gml/_Feature (the type that DBpedia sets when a
resource has coordinates).

On the other hand, there will probably be some places that don't have
coordinates and thus don't have this type, so maybe you should look
for resources that have type dbpedia-owl:Place OR gml:_Feature .
