I try to annotate this text "La Cour pénale internationale" using this url :

I got the following xml file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<Annotation text="La Cour pénale internationale" confidence="0.0"
support="0"
types="" sparql="" policy="whitelist"/>
The annotation is missed but it works fine in web browser or for the demo
page http://dbpedia-spotlight.github.io/demo/ .
Spaces in the text are replaced by "%20". Where is the problem please?
