I posted first on 25 Jan. when I asked whether a namespace for Welsh could be
created. I'll be attending a hackday type event on 14 Feb. and I may be able to
get others to contribute to mapping then, if the namespace exists by then and I
have got editing rights by then too.
Any chance?
