Dear list, I have noticed that the v3.9 file containing the localized PND (Personennamendatei) identifiers
http://downloads.dbpedia.org/3.9/de/pnd_de.nt.bz2 contains 98.3K PND-IDs while its predecessor http://downloads.dbpedia.org/3.8/de/pnd_de.nt.bz2 used to have 180.7K IDs. Could anybody please explain this huge difference?
