Hi Christoph,

28 language versions are those that at the moment of the DBpedia 2014 
extraction had non-empty mapping chapters, that's why all data sets that 
use ontology properties and classes are available for 28 languages.
For some other extractors the information might be available in less 
languages in Wikipedia itself or/and extraction is language-specific.
