Hello Jörn, the announcement is due to arrive in the next days and should be stable at this point. Unfortunately the http://dbpedia.org/OnlineAccess page is a mess with lots of dead links. We are going to remedy this matter soon.
You were right in assuming that http://downloads.dbpedia.org/2015-04/core/ comprises the currently loaded datasets. After a quick look at your blog: Let me point your attention to this: https://dockerizing.github.io/images/. Since the authors are going to dockerize DBpedia endpoints, maybe you want to have a closer look. Best regards, M.
