Hi Job,
We have analyzed this issue and it has been fixed. We have done a test
from Frankfurt:
[~]# telnet -6 rpki.afrinic.net rsync
Trying 2001:42d0:0:201::26...
Connected to rpki.afrinic.net.
Escape character is '^]'.
@RSYNCD: 30.0
Can you please test again?
Regards,
Michel

Hi all,
It seems the IPv6 endpoint for the rpki.afrinic.net rsync service is
unavailable. This negatively impacts IPv6-only clients.

telnet: connect to address 2001:42d0:0:201::26: Connection refused
I tried from multiple locations (both Europe and Africa continent)
On IPv4 the service is reachable.
Kind regards,
Job
