If they're all the same, which I assume means that the e-mail domain of the sender will no longer appear in the header text, DCC clients won't be able to treat different e-mail domains differently. DCC computes checksums for each header individually, but has almost no way to handle combinations of headers. I realize that authentication is only a one-bit value, but it's the e-mail domain that's important for reputations. This can take on thousands of values. -- -Gary Mills- -Unix Support- -U of M Academic Computing and Networking- _______________________________________________ DCC mailing list [email protected] http://www.rhyolite.com/mailman/listinfo/dcc
